Last updated: April 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Streamloop ("Service," "we," "us," or "our") and our website at https://streamloop.app ("Site"), along with related tools, APIs, and services we provide. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING "I ACCEPT," CREATING AN ACCOUNT, OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, INCLUDING OUR PRIVACY POLICY.
1. Service Description
Streamloop is a pay-per-use cloud platform for broadcasting pre-recorded video content as live streams to YouTube, Twitch, Facebook Live, and other RTMP-compatible platforms. The Service includes stream management, scheduling, audio overlay, and related tools. We may add, modify, or remove features of the Service at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service; and (c) your registration and use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, organization, or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Account Registration and Responsibilities
To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you may be required to provide information such as your email address or other contact details. You agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate and you will keep it accurate and up-to-date
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- One person may not maintain more than one account
- You must notify us immediately at contact@streamloop.app if you believe your account has been compromised
4. Credits, Billing, and Refunds
4.1 Pre-Paid Credits
Access to the Service requires you to purchase pre-paid credits ("Credits") that are linked to your account. Credits are purchased in advance via credit/debit card (processed by Stripe) or cryptocurrency (processed via supported crypto payment providers). Credits are deducted based on stream quality, framerate, and duration at the rates displayed on our pricing page. The minimum credit purchase is $5.
4.2 Refund Policy
Once purchased, refunds for unused Credits may be requested within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the transaction was processed. If no refund request is received within twenty-four (24) hours following the purchase, any unused Credits become non-refundable. Refunds are limited to one per customer. To request a refund within the eligible period, contact us at contact@streamloop.app. The unused credit amount will be refunded to your original payment method; any platform or processing fees are non-refundable. Cryptocurrency payments are never refundable.
4.3 Credit Expiration
Credits do not expire under normal use. Streamloop reserves the right to expire unused Credits three hundred sixty-five (365) days after purchase with at least 30 days prior notice to affected users.
4.4 Stream Interruption
If your credit balance reaches zero during an active stream, the stream will be paused.
4.5 Changes to Pricing
Pricing may change with 30 days prior notice to existing users. If you do not accept the changes, you may stop using the Service. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
4.6 Currency and Payment Processing
All payments made through Stripe are processed in U.S. dollars. Cryptocurrency payments are processed through the applicable crypto payment provider. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload or stream through the Service ("User Content"). You grant Streamloop a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, transmit, and temporarily store your User Content solely to provide the Service. This license terminates when your User Content is deleted from our systems.

We may disable accounts of repeat infringers.
8. Platform Compliance
You must comply with the terms of service of all third-party platforms you stream to, including but not limited to YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook. Streamloop is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts or content.
9. Technical Assistance
You may authorize Streamloop support to access your stream data to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Any data accessed for this purpose will be deleted after resolution and no copies will be retained.
10. Privacy Policy
Please read the Streamloop Privacy Policy for information relating to our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
11. Intellectual Property
All Streamloop platform content, source code, designs, logos, trademarks, and all other elements of the Service ("Materials") are the exclusive property of Streamloop or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Materials. Streamloop reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
12. Feedback
If you provide input or suggestions regarding problems with or proposed modifications or improvements to the Service ("Feedback"), you grant Streamloop an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose, including to improve the Service and create other products and services.
13. Confidentiality
Any non-public information disclosed by either party to the other in connection with the Service that is designated as confidential ("Confidential Information") shall be protected by the receiving party using the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information (but no less than reasonable care). Confidential Information shall not be disclosed to third parties except as necessary to provide or use the Service, or as required by law. This obligation does not apply to information that: (a) becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party; (b) was already known to the receiving party without a duty of confidentiality; (c) is received from a third party without restriction; or (d) is independently developed by the receiving party.
14. Service Availability
- The Service is provided on an "as available" basis
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice
- We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party platforms, internet service providers, or circumstances beyond our control
15. Disclaimers; No Warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL MATERIALS AND CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ON AN "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. STREAMLOOP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING: (A) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT; AND (B) ANY WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE.
STREAMLOOP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR PROPERTY OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY PROHIBIT A DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREAMLOOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT STREAMLOOP HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO STREAMLOOP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) $100.
EACH PROVISION OF THESE TERMS THAT PROVIDES FOR A LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, OR EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES IS INTENDED TO ALLOCATE THE RISKS BETWEEN YOU AND STREAMLOOP UNDER THESE TERMS. THIS ALLOCATION IS AN ESSENTIAL ELEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Streamloop and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, affiliates, and agents from and against every claim, liability, damage, loss, and expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to, use of, or alleged use of the Service; (b) your violation of any portion of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity right; (d) your User Content; or (e) any dispute between you and a third party. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.
18. Termination
18.1 By You
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@streamloop.app. If you terminate your account, you remain obligated to pay any outstanding fees incurred prior to termination.
18.2 By Streamloop
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice for violation of these Terms. We may also suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, with or without notice, in our sole discretion.
18.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your license to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused Credits are forfeited upon termination for Terms violation, unless otherwise required by applicable law. If we terminate your account without cause, any remaining Credits will be refunded to your original payment method within 30 days.
18.4 Survival
Sections regarding eligibility, payment, content warranties, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, governing law, dispute resolution, and general provisions survive termination.
19. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes that modify your rights or obligations, we will provide 30 days advance notice via email or through the Service. All other changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service. Disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the version in effect at the time the dispute arose.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia (the country), without regard to conflict of law principles.
21. Dispute Resolution
21.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at contact@streamloop.app and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
21.2 Jurisdiction
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
21.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any claims against Streamloop shall be brought in your individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
22. Consent to Electronic Communications
By using the Service, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us, including emails regarding your account, service updates, and changes to these Terms. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
23. Severability
If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the unenforceable part will be given effect to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect.
24. Entire Agreement

25. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. Streamloop may assign these Terms at any time without notice or consent.
26. Waiver
The failure of Streamloop to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. A waiver of any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
27. Force Majeure
Streamloop shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or infrastructure outages, third-party platform failures, pandemics, war, or terrorism.
